Have you heard of 21 Day Fix? If not, you have been missing out! Here is the general overview of the 21 Day Fix Program. You might also hear it called The 21 Day Flat Belly Fix Program, for noticeable fast results with belly fat loss.

This program is designed to help you lose fat and gain muscle. All you need to do is bring the right MINDSET and work the program for 21 days to see the changes in your body.

What is 21 Day Fix?

It is a weight loss program created by Autumn Calabrese that became the lynchpin of the Beachbody overall fitness plan. It combines nutrition, portion control, and exercise to give you a holistic approach to better health and a body ready for the beach in just (you guessed it) 21 days.   • The 21 Day Fix eating plan.
  • A “3-Day Quick-Fix” guide to use during the last three days of 21 Day Fix for “mind-blowing ‘after’ pictures.”
  • 24/7 online support.

Meal Plan

The 21 Day Fix meal plan is easy to follow because it includes each food group, ensuring that you are getting balanced nutrition when making your food choices. It doesn’t rely on frozen foods or snack bars to take the place of whole foods.

21 Day Fix Containers

The key to the meal planning is using the containers provided with the 21 Day FixBeachbody program. There are seven color-coded containers to be used with specific types of foods. The simple combination system takes the guesswork out of measuring and weighing foods. Fill each container with the designated food group and you are guaranteed the correct nutritional value.


Team Beachbody’s answer to the protein shake, Shakeology replaces one meal a day in the overall meal plan. Of course, there are a ton of recipes for shakes on this program, you are not required to purchase their Shakes. Check back for more details about the versatility of Shakeology.


Just like portion control and nutrition, the 21 Day Fix workout schedule is already set up to give you a well-rounded exercise that targets different areas and muscles each day. The basic video-guided exercise program combines individual workouts in weight training, aerobics, and yoga. Even if you haven’t exercised in a while, you can still complete this program with ease.
