My initial response is YES, you can! 🙌
But also, it really depends on your goals!🤔📊
If you're training for a marathon or a fitness competition. The 22-minute workout is not going to get you there.
Now, I think this 22-minute workout could serve as a great cross-training workout or supplement your running or fitness competition training.
But if you’re an average mom like me, just trying to do her best to move her body, feel healthy, and lose a few pounds, 22 minutes can absolutely get you there.
I should also point out that whatever kind of workout you’re doing, you have to give some attention to your nutrition.
You can't just work out for 22 minutes and then eat whatever you want. As a matter of fact, you can’t even workout for 2 hours and eat whatever you want (well maybe some people can). I mean, we all know those people who seem to eat whatever they want and still look amazing.
God bless them. 🙄
Nutrition is 80% of what you look like. 80% of the weight you lose and the muscle you build. Again, how you appear on the outside, it's going to depend on how you are eating.
I am a girl who loves to eat. I jokingly say, I workout, so I can eat whatever! 🍨 🍔 🥖
Unfortunately, that's not how it works.
So again, Is this 22-minute workout is going to help you lose that 20 pounds if you're not changing anything about your nutrition?
No, probably not.
Unless you literally were just sitting on the couch for 24 hours a day, then a 22-minute workout would probably help you lose that weight.
As a busy mom, sometimes 22 minutes is all I 've got. And I’ve learned that those 22 minutes are better than no minutes.
