If you want a lean, fit, healthy body to shimmy into your favorite swimwear — you have to pay attention to some key food items…
Diet is somewhere around 80 percent of weight management and body composition. Only somewhere around 20 percent is your actual workout.
So plan out a good spread of natural foods to get the fuel you need for your body!
Transform Your Workouts
Here’s the thing. Workouts still play a vital role in body transformation.
There are a few categories that you should pay attention to when it comes to fitness. But first things first — you don’t have to kill yourself going to the gym seven days a week for two hours each session.
It’s all about target areas and proper balance…
✓ Get your steps in. Something as simple as walking can make a huge difference.
✓ Train different parts of the body on different days. This helps with overall gains.
✓ Don’t be afraid of weights and resistance training! It will help with definition and toning.

Think of your body like a battery. You are charging up to take on the next day, and the next time you work your core muscle groups.

✓ Celebrate wins and work through low points — ride the wave! (as they say)
✓ Ask questions if you need to and get support from a community
Remember — nothing happens overnight. Positivity and believing that you can do something can be a big influence on how everything plays out.
It’s amazing what the brain can do and how connected it is to the body.
