Another awesome workout and nutrition program created by Autumn Calabrese. The 80-day obsession is an 80-day program geared more to the intermediate-advanced fitness enthusiasts. Each daily program is a different workout so you never do the same workout twice. This also can only be viewed on Beachbody Video On Demand. The commitment to this program is 80 days. You will be working out 6 days a week 45 – 60 minutes a day. Instead of using weights, you will be using resistance bands for the toning and sculpting portion of the program.

The meal program is based on a macro-nutrition plan that gets you results. The great news is you also can still use the color-coded food containers to help with your portion control.

Which one do you want to start with? The first question is where are you at in your level of fitness and activity.
