I’ve already talked about the Focus T25 Alpha schedule, so let’s talk a little bit about the expected T25 Resultsyour body will experience.

It’s not easy, but it’s T25 Results are worth it

Due to the shortened nature of the workouts, this is intense exercise packed into condensed amounts of time. If you apply yourself 100% to each day, you are going to be exhausted and most likely sore; I’m not going to lie about that. However, you will also gain the knowledge that you will improve a little bit more each day. Your body will begin to shift and change in several ways.

You’ll get faster

Now, I don’t mean that you’ll be able to do the T25 workout in 15 minutes. That would be ridiculous, but you will probably find that if you had trouble keeping up with the speed of the exercises in the first week, by the third week you’ll be a little more in sync with Shaun T.

Remember: there is a modifier to follow for a reason. If it takes you a little bit longer to get the moves down, that’s okay. It’s all about improvement throughout the program.

You’ll get leaner

With the amount of cardio that you’ll be doing in the Alpha phase alone, you are bound to see fat melting away. If you follow the nutrition program as closely as possible, you will see an even more pronounced difference. One user reported losing a ¼ inch of fat off her hips and stomach just after the first week! Those are results that would make anyone proud!

You’ll tone up

Between the cardio, the lower body focus, and the core workouts, all your muscles will be getting a workout, which means that you’ll probably see more definition in your muscles that you didn’t even know was possible. If you follow the program to its completion and give it your all, your body will now be a ripped physique that is ready for the beach!

Other benefits

Aside from losing weight and toning up, you may also notice other internal improvements as well. Mental sharpness is honed simply by concentrating on the workouts. Also, you may find yourself with a more positive outlook in general. As Elle Woods said, “Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy.” And couldn’t we all use more happiness?
