Best Beachbody Workouts For Beginners
Begin with a 3 day week cardio - strength workout daily of 10 - 30 minutes for 3 weeks. The only equipment you may need to use are Dumbbells or resistance bands and a mat.
This program focuses on lifestyle change with their meal plan and learning about portion control. Autumn Calabrese was the first to introduce portion control meal planning system and it has been a game-changer for everyone.
The workouts are 30 minutes, and well rounded. Expect to be doing a little bit of everything from cardio to strength training and even a little bit of yoga. This is a great introduction for beginners.
YOUv2 stands for You Version 2. This is a beginner program designed to become your best self. Leandro Carvalho is your trainer and she will lead you through cardio-dance routines set to hits from the 80’s and 90’s. If you are looking to increase your activity level in a fun way and you're a beginner this is for you.
Expect to do 30 minutes a day of cardio dancing for the next 4 weeks and watch your body transform.
You love country music and you love to dance, this is perfect for beginners. Autumn Calabrese is back to lead you through high-energy, low-impact moves which will get your heart rate up and your hips moving to popular country songs. You will easily be able to keep up with Autumn and her cast, the moves are not complicated.
You will be yourself dancing 30 minutes a day for the next 30 days. You'll have yourself with increased energy and eager to keep on dancing.
This cardio program was released July 2018. Yes, this workout is lead by Idalis Velazquez and it is in Spanish. If you don’t speak Spanish, don’t let that stop you from checking this program out. As a beginner, the workouts are short but become progressively more challenging week to week.
Again, you don’t need any weights or other equipment. These are daily cardio for 25 - 30 minutes for the next 28 days.
This is a beginner level workout that is low impact and no weights are used. PiYo is a combination of Pilates and Yoga developed by trainer Chalene Johnson. You will be doing cardio for 25 minutes a day for the next 10 weeks. Dumbbells or Resistance Band and exercise Mat are part of this program.
Are you ready to jump into a new lifestyle and not ease your way in. Then get ready to face yourself, change your mindset and transform your life. This is Shaun T’s latest program for beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts. Shaun is introducing to us a brand new tool: a step. Transform:20 is for everybody and you will be working legs, gluts, upper body, and core.
You will be doing 20 minutes a day for 6 weeks and will need to pick up a Beachbody Step. You can buy steps anywhere but I put a link to Beachbody if you want to purchase from there.
This workout program was created with beginners in mind and is pure yoga for life-changing results. You will build your skills and can take any yoga class after 3 weeks. You will get 21 classes and each day of the week has a different focus. Each week builds upon the first week and by the end of the third week, you should expect to feel more balanced, flexible, and centered as well as see results in your body.
You will be doing 10 - 32 minutes a day for the next 21 days and a Yoga Mat is needed but not required.
