As the boss of this business, you get to run it the way you want, not the way I do it. How I run my business, the way I post on social media, you don't have to do it that way. You get to do it your way. You get to run your business in a way that feels good to you in a way that makes sense for you, that will help you reach the goals you set. Not the goals I set for you, not the goals I want you to achieve. Not the goals Beachbody thinks you need to reach.
This business can provide freedom when you stick to your priorities and do this business in a way that is authentic to you. Because if you don't, you're going to get burned out. As the CEO of this business, you get to create your brand. I know that might be an intimidating term like a brand.
You might be thinking, "I am just a stay at home mom to three kids. I don't have a brand. I have nothing going on." That's how I felt when I started.
We all have a different story, all have a different experience, and that is going to make us different coaches. We're going to attract different people to our business. We're going to run our businesses differently. And I love that about Beachbody. But being the CEO comes with responsibility.
As the CEO, you don't get to blame your lack of success on me, on Beachbody, or on it's the system. You're the CEO. If you don't work, this doesn't work. And that's the bottom line. As a CEO, you have to take ownership of this business.
We have a new coach training we plug you into Beachbody Coach Training Program. We also provide guidance and resources. There is an unlimited amount of videos and pieces of training that will teach you how to run this business. But it's up to you to take that, take the parts you like, maybe don't take the parts you don't like and then actually go and do it
I hope you are not stressing out, because I am with you all the way. Based on your goals, I have lists of activities to help you figure out the amount of time you need to give to make your goal.
If you are starting, you want to step out of your comfort zone a little bit. An hour a day, to begin with, is more than enough to make a few sales and earn and earn your first commission checks.
As part of New Coach Training, I will set you up with some activity lists. I will also be inviting you and your upline coach to our group. Our group is for guidance and mentoring to help you figure out what works for you and help you reach your goals.
When it comes to time, you can do this business in a short amount of time; You will have to learn to become organized and disciplined.
Don't expect yourself to be organized and disciplined at the start. That will come with training and mentoring. For me, this area is one of my strengths as a coach. Early on, I was able to discern the things that are important to my business and doing those first. When those were done, then I would put time doing extra things that would also contribute to my business.
When I Became the CEO of this Business, I had three kids, two years old, and under, my husband was still playing professional baseball. He was gone a lot the first six months of my business.
My daughter was in kindergarten, and I have another kid too. It hasn't slowed down for me. I am still working on this business Little pockets of time throughout my day.
As the CEO of this business, you will get to do it comfortably as you see fit. You get to figure out what's going to work for you and make you feel good about this business in a way that you feel empowered and allows you to empower others. That is what I love about this business.
