21 Day Fix Meal Program just got a new facelift and has a new label “Ultimate Portion Fix Program”. You still use the colored containers for portion control. Something that everyone loves because there is no need to use any food scales, measuring cups, or extra messes.
This meal program was first introduced by Autumn Calabrese with her 21 Day Fix Workout Program in 2013. It continues to be a staple for several Beachbody Programs using the portion control system.
This meal plan has been expanded on with increased tools and support to keep you motivated, on track with your weight goals. Don’t forget you also, have a coach for one on one coaching or join a challenge group to add to your support team.
All these tools and resources are yours to keep you on track and in the privacy of your own home. It is flexible and can be fit into your schedule as a lifestyle change without the stresses of trying to do it on your own. This program has been laid out for you and all you have to do is follow it and make a few tweaks to your lifestyle to reach your goals.
